Favorite Things Friday: 2010 Moments
Well, since I never posted what I was thankful for in 2010, or Christmas decorations and treats, or my New Year resolutions, I figured I'd post some of my favorite moments from last year. Like...
...the crazy Texas snow at the first of the year:

...and, the day we found out I was pregnant:
And after that, the rest of the year was a blur of holidays and morning sickness :). Of course, there were many other favorite moments -- from times with family and friends, celebrating new babies, and other moments not captured on film -- that I'll treasure as we move into 2011. I can only imagine what this year will bring!

Oh Baby!
I know, I know -- I've been MIA. But I have good reason! If you've been following my tweets, then you know ... I'm preggo!! And we are sooo uber excited, we're chomping at the bit to get started on the baby room and alllll it's many projects. But, I'm only 13.5 weeks so far, so we still have awhile before we find out what it is.
Now that I'm not struggling as much between sleep and work, hopefully I'll feel more up to blogging. Thought today would be perfect to share some of the baby room ideas I've collected so far. I'm really digging the blues and bright greens...

A Splash of Fall
I'm finally coming out of my sugar coma ~ any one else in my boat today? :) I realized I never shared any photos of our {sparse} fall decorations. We didn't go crazy, mostly because we were lazy and have been busy with other stuff. So, I stuck to a few black birds from the Dollar Store, last minute clearance pumpkins from Market Street, and a few other gourds and goodies. Hope you all had a spooky Halloween!

WIWW... on Thursday?
Looks like another WIWW on Thursday. And, while I've accomplished a lot at work {Taryn, if you're reading this, you better not be giggling!}, I've completely slacked on everything else. Well, I did manage to take photos! The weather has been absolutely a-mazing lately, and soo cannot wait for true fuzzy sweater weather.
I will say that J and I have jumped back on the Dave Ramsey band-wagon {hello Baby Step 3!}, so I'll be reaching into the depths of my closet and using a little creativity to stretch what I have for awhile. Does that mean that all spending will cease? No, probably not. But the extra shirt and jewelry I pick up every time I'm at Target? Will be ogled at from a safe distance. I'll start marking any new items ~ it'll be interesting to see just how far I can stretch the old!
